Shipping payment and returns policy.

Orders are processed within 3-5 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

All orders are facilitated through TTPOST courier service, our trusted shipping partner.

  • Currently, we ship within Trinidad and Tobago. We aim to expand our shipping services in the future to better serve you.

Unfortunately same day delivery in not available. All orders will be shipped 3-5 days after confirmation of payment.

We accept payments exclusively through WiPay for all orders placed on our website. WiPay offers secure payment processing via credit or debit cards. 

Currently, WiPay is the sole payment gateway available for processing online orders on our website. However, bank draft orders can be arranged through direct messages on our social media platforms.

At Maudzz.com, we strive to provide top-quality Discbound Planners, Bible study and organizational inserts. However, we understand that there might be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for further details.

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from Maudzz.com.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product remains in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Please note that gift cards and downloadable purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at customersupport@maudzz.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely pack the product in its original condition.
  3. Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email, along with the RA number.
  4. Ship the return to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  1. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  1. Refunds are available for eligible products, with the refund amount being the purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. Regular priced items qualify for refunds; however, sale items are non-refundable.
  1. Yes, if you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for a new, identical product. Contact our Customer Support Team to arrange for an exchange.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the approval of your return. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
